Champions IGA

Champions IGA currently use SG Innovative Learning Solutions as our RTO for four qualifications – Cert II Retail Operations, Cert III Retail Operations, Cert III Retail Supervision and Cert IV Business Management. Shane and his team have tailored these training packages to meet the needs of our business, using meaningful material that can be practiced in the workplace, whilst still meeting the outcomes for the National Accreditation Standards.  

In 2006, we signed up approximately 100 trainees with SGILS, through our “Tomorrows Champions” program, which gets our staff excited about the innovative ways in which they learn the retail business. Developing our staff is the key to the success of our business; one employee who completed Cert IV Business Management was promoted from Grocery Manager to Store Manager whilst undertaking this course. I, myself completed this course, and can say that my business and leadership knowledge grew throughout the duration of the course.  

Of all the RTO’s I have dealt with in this company, Shane and his team are the best by far.
